Membership Form: Please fill out the membership screened registration form to be considered for Risqué Lifestyle events. All members are required to complete an online membership registration form in order to purchase tickets and to enter venue where Risqué Lifestyle is hosting.  Information collected is strictly confidential and for the sole purpose of administration use. Risqué Lifestyle does not sell, share or distribute our database. See more below:

Membership is ALWAYS FREE!  You never need to be a paid member to attend any of our events!

Member Card information is strickly for administration use.

- Please submit leagal first and last name on Member Card. 

- Please submit  valid email and phone number.

- Please submit  high-res, full-size photos (Thumbnail or un cropped photos with borders not permitted)
- Please use small stylized minimal blurs or images if you  chose those types of pictures for your profile that other members will see. Do not scribble       on your photos or put silly emoticon cartoons over your faces. 
- Your "About us" complements your pictures and tells us a little about yourself and how you heard about Risqué. 
- Fake images or info will result in immediate removal.

You must have a membership to gain entry into Risqué Lifestyle events! Please have this done before you arrive at the door.

Member Card Photo for Verification (Not Visible on Profile, only visible to Risqué Lifestyle Staff must have a clear view of face or faces, No sunglasses, face mask or anything obstructing a clear view of your face looking forward.)

NO cameras, cell phone camera's or recording devices are permitted for use in the ballroom (Main events Area). You will be removed if caught recording anyone. You can step outside and use the section setup with Risqué Lifestyle banner and themed banner.

Please wear a wrap or cover up from your hotel room down the Main party area of the hotel and at all times in Public areas. A coat rack is provided at the door inside ballroom near check in table. You can not be nude or naked in the main public area's where hotel staff are.

Please do not leave excessive trash in rooms or hallways of the hotel. Anyone destroying hotel property will never be permitted back to future Risqué Lifestyle events.

NO SEXUAL ACTS OUTSIDE OF HOTEL ROOM, YOUR DOOR MUST BE CLOSED IF YOU ARE ENGAUGED IN SEXUAL ACTS!

Do not bring your alcohol or your own cups with alcohol into the Main Party area. The hotel has a bar set up in ballroom. If caught you may be asked to call it a night and not allowed back into ballroom.

We are all adults and you should respect everyone there and the venue as well.

Policy Regarding Separated Couples Attending Events

In the event that a couple parts ways, Risqué Lifestyle will welcome back the first partner who reaches out to us regarding continued attendance at our events.

If the other partner later wishes to return and attend any Risqué event, it is required that they first communicate directly with their ex-partner to ensure that their attendance would be welcomed. If both parties agree, the original partner must send a clear and direct text message or email to the Risqué Lifestyle owners confirming that they are comfortable with their ex-partner attending future events.

This policy is in place to promote a respectful and drama-free environment for all attendees.
